Ingredients
  

  • 3  cups all-purpose flour
  •  cups warm water
  • tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the yeast is activated and the mixture is frothy.
  • Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture, along with the olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to your West Bend Bread Maker and select the "basic" setting. Set the crust color to your desired preference.
  • Press "start" and let the machine do its work. In approximately 3 hours, you'll have a delicious, fresh loaf of bread!
