West Bend Bread Maker Bread
Delicious, fresh bread made easily with the West Bend Bread Maker.
Equipment
- West Bend Bread Maker
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Mixing bowls
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups warm water
- 1½ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the yeast is activated and the mixture is frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture, along with the olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to your West Bend Bread Maker and select the "basic" setting. Set the crust color to your desired preference.
- Press "start" and let the machine do its work. In approximately 3 hours, you'll have a delicious, fresh loaf of bread!
