Texas Hash Betty Crocker Recipe
A hearty and flavorful skillet dish made with ground beef, potatoes, onions, and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and onion.
- Add the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to coat the beef and potatoes with the spices.
- Cover the skillet and let the mixture cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve the Texas Hash hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream and some chopped fresh herbs if desired.
