Surf City Squeeze Strawberry Banana Smoothie
A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with fresh or frozen strawberries and ripe bananas.
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of milk or non-dairy milk
- A handful of ice cubes
Optional: honey or agave syrup for sweetness, protein powder for added protein
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Add the banana and strawberries to a blender.
- Pour in the milk or non-dairy milk.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
