Sooji Balls Recipe
Sooji balls recipe is a delicious and simple snack that is made from semolina, also known as sooji. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and is perfect for a snack or a light meal.

- 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients
- 2 cups semolina (sooji)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup warm water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add oil and mix with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Gradually add warm water and mix until the dough is formed.

- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sooji balls until they are golden brown on both sides.
