  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add oil and mix with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Gradually add warm water and mix until the dough is formed.
