Soft Serve Ice Cream Recipe For Taylor Machine
A delicious and creamy soft-serve ice cream recipe that can be made with a Taylor machine.
Equipment
- Taylor Machine
- large bowl
- Whisk
- Plastic wrap
- freezer-safe container
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Pour the chilled mixture into the Taylor machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning the ice cream.
- Once the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
