Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on top.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the salmon, reserving some for later.
  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  • Serve the salmon with lemon wedges and enjoy!
