Slammin Salmon Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make salmon recipe with a sweet and savory glaze.

- parchment paper

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on top.
- Brush the glaze generously over the salmon, reserving some for later.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Serve the salmon with lemon wedges and enjoy!
