School Breakfast Pizza
A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast pizza loaded with eggs, bacon, and cheese. Perfect for busy mornings, lazy weekends, and everything in between.
Equipment
- Oven
- Baking sheet
- frying pan
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- Pizza crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 4 slices of bacon or sausage
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Cook the bacon or sausage in a frying pan until it's crispy. Once it's cooked, remove it from the pan and crumble it into small pieces.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them together. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
- Spread the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Pour the eggs over the pizza crust, spreading them evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon or sausage over the eggs.
- Top the pizza with shredded cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Cut the pizza into slices and enjoy your delicious breakfast pizza!
