Ritz Carlton Creamed Corn Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn, shucked
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the kernels off the corn cobs using a sharp knife. Place the kernels in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat with the butter.
- Cook the corn for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to brown slightly.
- Add the heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine with the corn.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the corn and cream for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- Season the creamed corn with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
