Protein Cookie Dough
This protein cookie dough recipe is a healthy and delicious snack that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

- Mixing bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles (as toppings)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder. Mix well.
- Add in the almond butter, natural sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Slowly add the unsweetened almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Fold in your choice of toppings, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles.
- Chill the cookie dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
