Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
  • Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles (as toppings)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder. Mix well.
  • Add in the almond butter, natural sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Slowly add the unsweetened almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Fold in your choice of toppings, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles.
  • Chill the cookie dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
