Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper cups.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  • If desired, sprinkle some cinnamon on top of each cake.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cake comes out clean.
  • Let the cakes cool for a few minutes in the tin, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
