Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk, warmed
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, yeast, warm milk, and honey.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a ball and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  • Cover with a clean towel and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
