  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Nori sheets (seaweed)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice with sesame oil. Mix well to incorporate the oil.
  • Spread a layer of sushi rice in a baking dish to form the base.
  • Arrange the fresh seafood and vegetables on top of the rice layer.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce to create a spicy mayo sauce.
  • Drizzle the spicy mayo sauce over the seafood and vegetables, ensuring even coverage.
  • Place nori sheets on top of the spicy mayo layer, breaking them into smaller pieces if needed.
  • Repeat the layers of sushi rice, seafood, vegetables, spicy mayo, and nori until the baking dish is filled.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and the flavors meld together.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Allow the sushi bake to cool slightly before serving.
