  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 inch ginger root, peeled
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Begin by juicing the lemon into a blender.
  • Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces. Add the ginger pieces to the blender.
  • Add 1 tsp honey to the blender.
  • Pour 1 cup of water into the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour the lemon ginger blast into a glass and enjoy!
