Kanakuk Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch (23 cm) baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour and cinnamon together. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well until the batter is smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
