Johnny Harris BBQ Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened and the flavors have melded together.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the sauce to a jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
