Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, cream the butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chopped strawberries and powdered sugar to the butter, and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the strawberry butter to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
