Joanna Gaines’ Strawberry Butter Recipe
A sweet and fruity spread made with fresh strawberries and butter, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- hand mixer or stand mixer
- Spatula
- airtight container or jar for storing
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped strawberries and powdered sugar to the butter, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the strawberry butter to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
