Spicy Jack Shrimp Recipe
A delicious and flavorful seafood dish made with succulent shrimp, spicy sausage, and aromatic spices.
Equipment
- Large skillet
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb spicy sausage, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced onions, garlic, and bell peppers and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the top.
- Cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- If desired, add a splash of white wine to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
