Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb spicy sausage, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the diced onions, garlic, and bell peppers and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the top.
  • Cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • If desired, add a splash of white wine to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides.
