Italian Volcano Lemon Juice Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 pcs lemons
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Start by juicing the lemons and collecting the juice in a saucepan.
- Add equal parts sugar to the lemon juice and heat over medium-high heat.
- Stir the mixture constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
- Continue to cook the mixture over high heat until it has thickened to a syrupy consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
