Ingredients
  

  • 8 pcs lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Start by juicing the lemons and collecting the juice in a saucepan.
  • Add equal parts sugar to the lemon juice and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Stir the mixture constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Continue to cook the mixture over high heat until it has thickened to a syrupy consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
