Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 scoops Herbalife Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the rice and place it in a large bowl. Add 2 cups of water and the cinnamon stick. Cover and let soak for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • After the rice has soaked, pour the rice and water mixture into a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing the rice to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the rice solids.
  • Stir in the Herbalife protein powder, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge until cold.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with ground cinnamon.
