Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of your preferred pasta
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it's al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Add the lemon juice and chopped parsley to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
  • Toss the pasta in the sauce until it's evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Optional: sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
