Harmons Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Assorted toppings (chopped nuts, crispy bacon bits, chopped herbs)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a ball using your hands, ensuring it is evenly sized.
- Roll the cheese ball in your choice of assorted toppings, such as chopped nuts, crispy bacon bits, or chopped herbs. Get creative and mix and match toppings for a visually appealing presentation.
- Once coated with toppings, wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften slightly.
- Serve the Harmons Cheese Ball with an assortment of crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks. It's the perfect accompaniment for any party or gathering.
