Ingredients
  

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 container Dragone ricotta cheese (15 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until they are al dente.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat.
  • Spread a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  • Spread a layer of Dragone ricotta cheese over the noodles.
  • Add a layer of ground beef and another layer of sauce.
  • Repeat layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, ground beef, and sauce until all ingredients are used up.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the cheese, is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
