Rice Paper Noodles Recipe
A tasty and healthy meal that's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, made using rice paper noodles and served with your favorite ingredients.
Equipment
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Mixing bowl
- frying pan
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 2 packs rice paper noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Soak the rice paper noodles in warm water for 10 minutes or until they are soft and pliable.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, and chili flakes (if using), and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, yellow onion, and mushrooms to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender about 5 minutes.
- Drain the rice paper noodles and add them to the pan, tossing them with the vegetables.
- Stir in the soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the rice paper noodles on a plate, topped with bean sprouts and cilantro leaves.

- You can also add your favorite protein, such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu, to make the meal more filling.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free soy sauce.
- If you prefer a spicy flavor, add more chili flakes or use a spicy sauce.
