Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup  unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup whole milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the whole milk and whisk until combined.
  • Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and transfer the mixture to a heat-proof bowl.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Allow the icing to cool slightly before spreading it over your brownies.
