Castaway Cocktail Outback Recipe
This refreshing cocktail combines dark rum, coconut cream, and tropical juices for a deliciously tropical drink.
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- strainer
- tall glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Pineapple slice or cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple or cherry.
