Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • If using fresh broccoli, blanch it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. If using frozen broccoli, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
