  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Notes

Recipe Notes:
  • For a low-carb option, skip the rice or noodles and serve over cauliflower rice.
  • To save time, chop the broccoli and pineapple ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • To make the dish gluten-free, use gluten-free soy sauce.
  • Make a double batch of the stir-fry and store the leftovers in the fridge or freezer for a quick and easy meal later on.

Special Tips:
  1. Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking the beef and veggies. Cook in batches if needed.
  2. Slice the beef against the grain to make it tender.
  3. Marinate the beef overnight for maximum flavor and tenderness.
  4. Chop the veggies ahead of time for quick and easy meal prep.
  5. Use high-quality ingredients for the best results.
