Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional toppings: fresh fruits, whipped cream, syrup, nuts, chocolate chips, etc.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  • Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat if needed.
  • Serve the Amangiri Pancakes with your choice of toppings such as fresh fruits, whipped cream, syrup, nuts, or chocolate chips.
