Aloo Gobi Recipe Without Onion And Tomato
Spicy and flavorful potato and cauliflower dish without onion and tomato.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped potatoes and cauliflower florets. Stir well.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook for 15-20 minutes or until they are tender.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
