Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • Add chopped potatoes and cauliflower florets. Stir well.
  • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook for 15-20 minutes or until they are tender.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
